The whole process was very profesdional and the medical staff all listened and talked me thru the process. I was very comfortable. It was my first time here w a chronic condition and they knew how to care for me before i even had to explain my past patient care in a different state. It was awesome!

Everyone was great. The wait was not long at all and the nurses, including the lady at the front desk were super nice and welcoming. I went for a chest X-ray and it went smoothly. I had to wait for the results and the nurse let me know if I was ok to wait or I can come back to pick them up if I had other stuff to do. That was helpful as I had another appointment to go to and I was able to pick up my report later in the day. Thanks for everything!

The carewas excellent. My one concren was when I received my receipt for payment, it contained: full name and address; full social security number; full drivers license number. This is way too much information to be on a receipt for payment. Heaven forbid if I were to lose it. Just a file or patient ID number should be sufficient.
