The ease of scheduling an appointment. I also loved how my daughter was seen, in and out in less than an hour. I called a little after 8am for a same day sports physical on 9/23. First available time slot was at 9:45am. We were out the door and my daughter back in school before 10:30! And it was only $20!!

I like that all of the staff at MedPost located in Grosse Pointe MI are very courteous & friendly. Upon entering the facility, I was promptly greeted. All of the staff that assisted me introduced themselves and clearly explained what they would do and what they needed from me. I really appreciated that! You’d be surprised how all too many businesses do not greet patrons/patients. It’s something that may seem simple and unimportant, but for business-minded people, it makes a world of difference. Even staff members that were not assisting me even spoke. To me, this speaks volume of how customers/patrons are valued by MedPost.
