Quick service, easy check-in.

The facility is brand new. The lady at the front desk had a excellent customer service skills. I went to the facility for a drug screening. I walk in with no appointment and I was there for 40 minutes. Very fast service. Ones inside everybody was very nice. My personal experience was very good with this place. I definitely recommend this facility.

The receptionist at the Rowlett location was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse was friendly and informative and the doctor appeared to care and had a great bedside manner.

The wait time is always minimal and the staff is friendly. Dr. Krista Hall is always personable and professional. She diagnosed me correctly and quickly prescribed me with what I needed right away to kick the flu.
