For the most part — the efficiency of your system— however— this weekend I made an appointment to have stitches removed that had been done at this Care Center ten days earlier- I arrived ten minutes early— I had a 1:45 appointment- they seemed very disorganized— I had to wait for them to figure out where I fell into the line of patients waiting- after finally getting signed in I was told there was only one person ahead of me – I waited Outside, as I did not want to sit in waiting room. Of sick people- they said they would call me when they were ready- After twenty minutes or more of waiting I went back to desk- they told me that it could be almost an hour before they could remove the stitches- they said they had two “emergencies” I was standing outside and never saw anyone enter with urgent needs, however, I told them I had another appointment and could not wait- I made a weekday appointment next week to have stitches removed- My personal opinion is that one of the employees locked up the system and the girl at the desk could not check people in and it went downhill from there—. I normally find your center to be efficient, and professional— this was not my best experience- I’m sure there is a good explanation- maybe new staff or communication error
