Your receptionist was just a pleasant individual offered greetings as I entered the door, you need to clone her!!! I am totally appreciative for your wonderful warm staff, nurse and your dynamic nurse practitioner Mr. Carlos Pardo truly a warm individual with excellent bedside manners and skills. Please continue to provide this caliber of services to others. Of course my insurance provided road blocks with scheduling my ultrasound but of course this is a procedural network process.
