Every one was wonderful! I came in on a Wednesday night about 6:30 and was very welcomed. From the very nice lady on the front desk to the nurse, to the Dr. It was a pleasure and will make this my Spot!!

I would like to thank the staff and PA Johnathan Tan personally for the service they provide to me while going through my visit. I had come in with a knee injury I suffered on duty at work early that morning. I have never been to a more professional or patient oriented urgent care in my life. This facility and staff by far sets the standard for when treating and taking care of the patient. They were beyond pleasant and willing to take their time to help with everything. I had earlier went to Placentia Linda hospital that morning after the injury had happened to receive immediate care and get imaging of knee done. But the lack of professionalism and the lack of care that hospital gave I would have been better off if I had waited and come here first. This urgent care was leaps and bounds more helpful treating this injury, diagnosing the injury and providing the steps on what’s next than the hospital did. I would recommend anyone including my family to be treated at this facility.
