I was visiting my son in Orlando…we had traveled together the previous week…we both presented with symptoms…though somewhat different symptoms…I was very impressed with the entire experience beginning with the appearance of the facility…upon entering the desk staff was polite, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor…the nurse then took us back to the examining room and the level of care continued she was very thorough, nice, and again had a great sense of humor…finally Dr. Elloway entered and the experience escalated to yet another level of excellence…obviously competent, honest, empathetic, great bedside manner, took his time, explained EVERYTHING thoroughly and clearly. As my twenty seven year old son and I left the office we both commented on how impressed we were with EVERYTHING. * SHORT WAIT! We then drove a few minutes to the pharmacy where we picked up our prescriptions which had been submitted for filling in a timely manner. Furthermore, Dr. Elloway promptly communicated with the pharmacist regarding one of my son’s prescriptions. Lastly, as I sat in MCO waiting for my fifth flight in ten days…I needed clarification on dosage instructions the staff and Dr. Elloway were polite and I got the clarification I needed before taking off for Maryland. As a veteran public school teacher of 33 years…I was 100% impressed! Thank you! I also felt better after the first dose of my medication! PM

Everything! Scheduling is easy online. The professional staff is excellent. They made getting & scheduling a referral easy as well. Whatever system they used should be used by the whole Baptist Health System.

On-line Appointment set-up; Staff & Doctors were pleasant & helpful. Diagnosed my medical quickly. Able to purchase medications from CareSpot for reasonable costs & time-saving. Contract with VA (did not know) significantly reduced costs.
