Staff were very friendly and treated me with skill, timeliness, courtesy. ARNP Kathy tried several alternative treatments to resolve the issue before finally having to put stitches in place. I really appreciated her efforts.

I really like your Doctor. She has really great bedside manner, but more important, she is a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable, not pushy with medicine or treatment but confident in her diagnosis of your issue that day. And comfortable with sending you to a specialist for followup if that is important to your diagnosis.

Always fast to get you into the back. Staff has always listen to my concerns and honored my wishes. Would definitely recommend them. Dr. Frannie Breed is very sharp and answered all my question and explains things. Quick at getting x ray results last two times I’ve been there. Very happy with office and staff.

I was a walk-in so it took awhile, I had a case of vertigo, Everyone was pleasant, from the front desk person who was empathetic about the long wait with a smile to the person who took me to the room displaying the same characteristics, I regret not getting their names. The nurse practitioner was also as affable as the previous ladies, and asked the right questions to derive an accurate solution, which pleased me very much. The proper medicine was prescribed which I picked up shortly after (because it was immediately called in) and now I am on the mend. The staff was professional in every way including giving suggestions on calling in to make an appointment as to not wait. The treated me like a person, it was genuine and although I left still somewhat dizzy I was confident the treatment was A+.
