Making an appointment online was very easy. The staff working 9/7 and 9/9 were excellent. I am a nurse with 32 years of nursing with experience as staff, management, quality improvement and now education. I found the physical environment exceptional and the staff well prepared to deal with the occasional difficult patient (as I witnessed while there).

I was not aware that you could call online and make an appointment or by phone however, we walked in we had to wait about an hour that we had excellent care and an excellent doctor for a scared 4 year old.
