The front desk personnel were very welcoming and plesant. The med tech was thorough and the doctor was very good at explaining things. I didn’t have to wait long at all. My only request for improvement would be to have a pharmacy right there.

Every part of my experience was good. I am a veteran and just started using the VA urgent care system. MedPost is doing fine, the pharmacies have no clue what’s going on. I had to pay out of pocket for medication.

Services were great, but they gave me the wrong EKG results. I was sent to emergency and the ER from Providence East notice the mistake. Wrong DOB and name of the EKG that was provided from medpost.
