The office is always clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the wait time is always minimal. I prefer to come here over my regular Doctor’s office.

First time visit went very well with little wait time. I was seen quickly. Staff was professional and and made me feel welcome.

I did not even know this establishment existed! The urgent care across the street had me waiting 1/2 hour before the desk associate even acknowledged me. When she finally noticed me standing in front of her I was informed of a 2 hour wait to have my itinerary tested… At your establishment, your desk associate informed me immediately that there would be an hour wait and had me fill out my name to get in the waiting queue. Once in, the desk associate got my sample and when it was my turn the doctor only needed 10 minutes with me. Perfect. My one suggestion: have a wait time board displayed so people know the wait time.

Medical assistant and nurse practitioner were excellent. Compassionate and very professional. The nurse practitioner took her time and sutures are perfect.

My doctor listened to me and provided all the medicine to ensure my comfort while recovering from pneumonia.

Jasmine Jones-Green provided a level a care above and beyond from what I was expecting as a first time patient at the walk-in. I truly felt as if she cared about helping me get healthier as quick as possible and in addition she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns! Because of her I will likely return in future when needed!
