I found the whole experience was efficient. All staff members, from front desk reception to the doctor on duty was good. As a walk-in, I was seen in short period of time. I wish my primary care doctor was this efficient.

Sarah, the PA attending me, was excellent and caught a larger problem, referring me to the ER at Baptist South. This timely intervention was a big deal and I appreciated it.

Literally everything about the beginning experience till the end. The staff was very friendly, & caring. I did not have to wait long at all. My physician was very informative, as I was returning after being sick a week or two prior.

Very professional and helpful staff. Their diagnosis and treatment is usually accurate. Recently my husband and I saw PA Sam Butler for different reasons. He was excellent and so kind and courteous. Great asset to your staff.
