I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t need an appointment. The “walk-in” arrangement suits me just fine. The woman in the reception area who facilitated my signing in was very helpful and extremely polite. She is a fine young lady. And the gentleman who took my hair sample for testing took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and was extremely professional. These things do not go unnoticed. Thank you. The lady who was my Doctor was great. The rest of the staff was dealing with a lot of of people but was doing a great job trying to keep them informed and up to date with their times.
