The doctor is great. She has worked with my daughter both times I’ve had to take her. She is very attentive to our needs doing proper text to get the proper diagnosis she’s gentle and explains everything before hand so that I can understand.

The receptionist was so welcoming! She made me feel that I made the right choice from the start. The Nurse and doctor were compassionate and professional. I was able to get in and receive treatment in a very short time, I did arrive shortly after they opened. Did I also mention this was August 31, hurricane Dorian was close to Central Florida and Care Spot was Open. Thanks so much to all who helped me!!

I was very impressed with the caring and quick attention to my medical concerns by those at the front desk and by the doctor. Waiting time was minimal. Waiting area and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider coming back to CareSpot for non life threatening medical care rather than an ER.
