I’ve never seen such a nice service! When you enter the establishment you can feel comfortable and the doctor, the assistant and nurses are very kind. For a moment I forgot I visited a doc.

The PA I saw was fantastic! Gave me his full attention even though it was almost closing time and made me feel cared about. Very refreshing to be treated like that. Also, the staff at this location, Monument/McCormick, are always welcoming and nice. Other locations fall very short in this respect at check-in. At other locations they seem to resent patients coming in and do anything to send them away. Medical staff is fine. I will only go to Monument/McCormick if at all possible.
