It’s nice to be able to get a same day appointment. The facility is clean and well stocked, with a very friendly staff. Some things like sinus infections need a doctor’s help, but don’t merit a three week appt wait or an emergency room. I’m glad that you’re there.

I like the ability to schedule an appointment online and pre-register before getting to the urgent care center. This allows me to spend less time in the waiting area while I’m not feeling well.

The facility is neat & clean. All of the employees are polite & helpful. Every time the dx was correct & the correct prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy. Because I was ill that day it was extremely helpful that I could stop by the pharmacy on the way home and the meds were ready when I got there.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Lopez was excellent, and saw me promptly. Thank you to all the staff for being there and having such a great attitude on a holiday and the day before a hurricane. I’m very grateful.
