Accessibility. Availability. You don’t need insurance. HOWEVER please educate your staff regarding Deductible vs Out of Pocket maximum. I was treated very rudely when I explained I’ve met me out if pocket for the year and should not have a copay.

I have never been to an urgent care center, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Making an appointment at Care Spot was very easy. The office was clean and attractive and the staff were all very professional, efficient and pleasant. My doctor was booked up until mid-September and I was suffering from muscle spasms and needed to see someone right away. The Care Spot doctor discussed my situation with me and prescribed muscle relaxants which took care of my problem. I would definitely recommend Care Spot and would use them again in the future if need be.
