Every member of the staff from the front desk to the RNP was compassionate and attentive to my daughter. They distracted her from the pain of her ear infection with stickers, conversation, and giving her some control over the situation. Lindsey was calm and quick to recognize her symptoms and dispense an effective treatment. She is feeling much better! Thank you Carespot in Mandarin!
