The office staff were kind, quick and very considerate. The MA took time and acknowledged my concerns. The mid level provider was very knowledgeable and took time in examining me. She was in no rush to leave the room. She was polite and understanding with my concerns.

The PA actually listened to my concerns and she did not treat me like I was just trying to get something out of her. Most of my experiences with Urgent Cares have been negative because the Dr. has alway failed to listen to my concerns and made me feel like I was just trying to get drugs out of them.
