No appointment. Wait time not too long. Staff very professional and courteous. Man at front desk extremely knowledgeable and personable with patients. PA took his time and explained things to my satisfaction. It’s been 3 days and I’m feeling better. Good experience.

The staff at MedPost in Brea is the best! They are professional and treat patients with compassion and respect. We’ve been there with the kids but the other day I had to go in for myself. I was able to get in and out of there in about an hour because the staff was efficient. The doctor I saw took the time to explain things to me and I felt so much better about my health afterwards. Thank you so much! I’m grateful we have you in our neighborhood.

there is rarely much of a wait compared to an appt apt my pcp office. the staff is always pleasant. the PA’s seem knowledgeable and pleasantly concerned. it is a win-win. kudos to all of them.

The customer service was excellent, there was little no wait and I didnt even set up an appointment. The nurse name yanessa was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was also very informative and offered me different options form of medication. This new location has improved drastically on their wait times and the service.
