I appreciated the quick service at my appointment time. I arrived at CareSpot before 8:30 a.m. and was quickly checked in as a walk-in. As I watched other patients get called back before me I asked the nurse at the desk where we were in line – she then told me I was in the 11:45 a.m. appointment slot. This was shortly after 9 a.m. – I would highly recommend that when a patient is checked in as a walk-in and assigned an appointment time, the nurse makes the patient aware so they can then decide if they want to stay or come back.
