I was guided on Friday afternoon to an appt. on Saturday afternoon , or if I could come in early at 8 I could be seen before the rush. I was greeted and efficiently processed and in the back office for my appt within 20 minutes. The medical assistant was excellent in providing the service I needed, and the nurse practitioner was pleasant and examined my ears as well approving me for the ear irrigation. Overall great experience, and as I know I will have this happen again I will return. I had an awful experience at the St. Vincent’s facility about 6 months ago when your office was too busy to see me at the time. I will always defer to your services and refer others.
