First of all, the nice, kind people behind the desk. That makes a big difference to me. My other favorite thing was the online scheduling, very convenient. When I got there I only had to wait like 5 minutes. This is the second year in a row that I have brought my oldest son up there to get a sports physical for football. And we got lucky this time, there was a promotion going on for sports physicals for only $20. The Dr was nice, fast, but thorough. We had a male Dr this time, last time we had a female. She was my favorite. She was super nice & funny, which helped my son to relax about the whole experience. Super cool! From start to finish, we were there maybe 30 minutes at the most. It was so convenient. Every time someone needs there services, I automatically recommend them, every single time. I want everyone to have the same great experience that I had. Thanks for being so awesome!

The staff is very friendly, the service is very efficient, the waiting area comfortable, and clean. The doctor was prompt and knowledgeable. They knew quickly that they would not be able to diagnose me and did not charge me, sent me to ER. Greatly appreciate that they were honest and concerned.
