The doctor took his time to discuss my issue and provided useful information for me to make my next decision – I had to go to the ER. The only negative part of my visit was that I had a long wait time even though I made an appointment online ahead of time.

The Dr was amazing. Very impressed for an urgent care facility. The front of office on the other hand , worst I’ve ever encountered. ZERO professionalism and her phone etiquette, non existent. Front office gets an “F”. Back office, the DR or PA or whatever he is, “A+. [NAME REMOVED]

Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Convenient hours of operation. Clean and welcoming lobby. Efficient check-in procedure. We now live in Leesburg (34787) and would like to see a Care Spot location in the Leesburg area.
