Staff was friendly, and courteous, took the time to patiently answer our questions. Wait wasn’t too long, waiting area was pleasant, even offered coffee and snacks. Doctor was also kind and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He had an excellent bed-side manner, treating my grandson with care and gentleness.
