First time I went to your facilities with pain on my back the doctor was very nice, clear and responsible. At least he drain and had me in Antibiotic and medication for Shingles. He ask me return next day to finish to remove the “bolsa” . I did and the second doctor that day removed it. I appreciate his work.

Last Saturday after self medicating myself for 2 days, knowing I had a sins infection; I decided it was time to go to Carespot. I wanted to book an appointment online to save time in the waiting room. The 1st appointment that was available online was 4:45pm. So I called Carespot. Patrick answered the phone and I asked what the wait time was. His response was at least an hour; however, it could be longer IF all of the scheduled appointments show up. He reconfirmed that the 1st appointment time was 4:45pm. So I drove over, walked in and was greeted by Patrick. He remembered talking with me, and got me checked in quickly. He even sympathized with me about being ill. With all of the patients waiting, some how Patrick was able to get be back to see the PA and have me out of Carespot within 65 minutes. Patrick and the staff was AMAZING! Thank you very much! I will definitely recommend Carespot in Middleburg, FL to everyone.

I am very particular on service and this particular facility has great service. Clean, fast, and entirely helpful with anything I had concerns about. Don Gemus was just a spectacular professional as well as the other lady physician! Even the lady I checked in with, I had personal matters and she made me feel more than comfortable. Having the convenience of a phone call was appreciated as well! Thanks to the team for making this experience worth while!
