Once I got into the examination room I felt cared for by the nurse and PA. I did not feel this way at reception, where I was ignored by one receptionist who was typing and then finally told the other receptionist, who was on the phone, would help me when her call was complete. Why didn’t the first women just help me? Or at a minimum greet me when I walked in.

I can make an appointment online and am able to budget my day better than waiting between 5min and 2 hours to be seen. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

The staff at CareSpot of Archer were very helpful and accommodating to my needs despite my situation. The only downside was the wait, but that is usually a given when it comes to walk-in clinics so it didn’t bother me much.
