They are always available, unlike my doctor–sometimes I have to wait weeks to get in to see him. I can make an appointment online. The doctor always seems caring and concerned. He/she always answers all of my questions.

Everyone was very good all the way threw. Dr., radiologist, assistant , frt office. Because I have a stiff neck, the radiologist worked rota hard to get the exrays. Gold stars all around!!!!

I was on vacation at Disney World when the hives I developed the first day I was in Florida became so uncomfortable that we left our grandchildren, our tickets, prepaid room and decided to head back to Missouri so that I could visit my doctor. After leaving Orlando, I contacted the nursling for UHC Medicare Advantage program. She gave me the information for the Carespot in Ocala that was on our way back home. What a great recommendation. Your front desk was efficient, polite, and very helpful. The nurse was kind and patient with my discomfort, and the doctor provided medication and directions for me to continue our trip home. The pharmacy was sent the order for medication and they had it so we only needed to go through the drive thru. I was very pleased with the help that I was given. Thank you.

The PA that did my daughters school physical was seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met! My daughter has always been super nervous to go to the doctor. She literally left smiling! And to be honest everyone was great from the front desk to nurse!
