Everyone was courteous and professional. When taken to the examination room it was almost immediately that the Dr. came in to assess my problem. I was informed every step of the way as to what would happen next.

Barely a wait time (10 min max). Great service and staff! Very knowledgable and friendly. Had great conversations with them during my visit! Excellent in carrying out tests, I didn’t feel any pain! Just a bit slow on getting the prescriptions and Patient Plan printout to be able to leave. So my only tip: keep up the consistency in expediency toward the end of the visit.

You can make an appointment or just come in. The staff is competent & friendly. The wait is not long, especially with an appointment. And the waiting area and clinic rooms are all clean!

The staff was great and very friendly. It made my experience super great. I’ve always had Kaiser as Insurance, but recently aged out of my parents insurance so it was my first solo urgent care visit. I’ll definitely come back to this one.
