To be honest, this was my third time to this facility and the first two were horrible experiences. This time was absolutely perfect! I was in quickly, I had made an appointment over the phone. The nurse took my vitals and told me the doctor would be right in. The doctor came right in, she might have been a PA; but matters not she was thorough and helpful and listened. She prescribed what I needed and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I have renewed faith in this facility and if I need the services again I will not hesitate to return.

Wait was really nice. (I’ve waited up to at least 2hrs with other urgent cares, never within 1 hr, and at max I’ve waited 3-4hrs before). You can apparently make appointments ahead of time which is a great service I’m certainly going to take advantage of. Everybody that worked there was super nice and everything including the waiting rooms and patient rooms were all super clean. The waiting room was also comfy and relaxing while having to wait, loved that there was even a TV. This is way better treatment than I’ve ever gotten from other urgent cares or even my past providers. I loved this place including the doctor that saw me, she was very kind and patient, I would definitely go here again.

O really don’t remember the name lady attend me but she are a lot friendly and nice. I like a lot my visit here.
