Everyone did a great job. The only negative was the wait time. I had a 9:45 appointment; I arrived at 9:30 cuz I knew there’d be paperwork, and still I didn’t get seen until 10:15! There were long waits between services. In the end, I was there 3 hours. I came in with a minor elbow break. I really think wait times and honoring appointment times can be greatly improved.
