Very convenient location and hours of operation. Easy check-in. Excellent triage; I was seen quickly and initially screened in treatment room. Richard Oldano, PA, came in with no delay, listened to my symptoms, took my vital signs again, and almost immediately solved my problem (uncontrollable hiccups for 18 hours with stomach/chest tightness and pain. He was very innovative, using an “old wives’ tale” treatment that sounded crazy: I drank a cup of water through a straw while holding my nose closed with my index fingers and my ears plugged with my thumbs. Before, I had been unable to swallow more than a sip, but using the straw worked. If an old-time “crazy” treatment works perfectly, which this did (instant, total relief; no more tightness/pain and no more hiccups), it’s not crazy. By thinking a bit outside the box, PA Oldano solved my problem and avoided a hospital admission. Thanks!
