I really liked the staff.

This will sound silly, but first and foremost, you were open. We tried the MedPost in Paso Robles, where we live, and while it was open, no one was there! When we arrived another potential patient was calling out to see if anyone would answer. I called out in my large voice, no one answered. A third potential patient said it was very strange and we called the police, thinking that either someone was ill or there had been some kind of incident. Before the police arrived someone finally appeared in reception saying that she’d been in the back. Very strange and think you should talk to your colleagues in Paso to keep this from happening again. In Atascadero the receptionist was friendly and professional, as were the staff. I left with a diagnosis and a prescription and felt that I’d seen a competent and caring medical staff. Thank you!

Convenience of online appointment; excellent staff, especially the person/tech getting info for PA and the PA. Both very kind and do great job of getting all the pertinent facts about reason for visit. Love the clear printout with information on diagnosis and instructions on treatment and what to do should it be necessary. Wish regular doctor appts were half as good!
