Was greeted by a pleasant man. Very nice and explained the service to me. I’m visiting from out of town. Nurse was wonderful as well. Was seen by dr. Daniel. She did al thorough exam. Explained my issue in a way I understood. Very caring Dr.

I called prior to coming in, and Kimberly was very friendly, both on the phone with my questions and upon my arrival. Chelsea assisted me in the back and was very nice as well, expressed concern and provided information. Dr. Balwant added to that. She took the time to ask questions and listen to me. Overall I had a great experience. Every staff member that I came into contact with was very professional, respectful and kind. This was my first time coming to the Ocoee location and I will definitely return due to the care and treatment I received. Thank you Kimberly, Chelsea and Dr. Balwant for being amazing!
