Efficient. ,caring reception. Organized, thorough information gathering. The Doctor is wonderful. He asked important questions and made me feel that I was in very capable hands. He provided me with proper medication based upon my diagnosis, and instructed me very well. I would go back there with any medical need I had. I feel very confident in the care I received.

Very easy to schedule an appointment online, sometimes you might have to wait a bit if there’s an emergency but I’ve always been seen quickly. Dr. Niven was wonderful, very professional and thorough.

All of the staff is amazing!!! I’ve been three times and have never had to wait long. Bedside manner of the doctor’s and nurses is the best. They are all so friendly and kind.

My family has been to CareSpot several times for different reasons and I appreciate how the entire staff makes you feel at ease, just like at our regular physicians office. I also appreciate how quickly we are seen and are able to get back home. Another note is that everyone is happy and they really seem to enjoy working there. It makes a huge difference from the perspective of a patient.
