The doctor at the jones maltsberger location is one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. I feel really safe and taken care of when I go there. The staff is nice and I never wait long.

Made an appointment to be seen during the next 1/2 hour. Was quickly seen by receptionist. Saw NP quickly. He listened to me. Thought NP made good diagnostics. Feel better today.

The location is very convenient, the wait time wasn’t too bad, I had made an apt. over the phone so I didn’t wait as long as those who walked in. The staff is great, from the front desk crew to the nurses & doctors. I was pleasantly surprised at how well staff this location was and of the expertise of the professional crew (doctors) are. Good job, will visit again if the need arises again. PS, they got right down to the business at hand and within a 24 hour period I was already starting to feel like I was getting better. Thanks

The doctor was excellent or whom ever it was, perhaps a PA. He is everything you want in a doctor. Personable, a good listener, and excellent communicator. All that stuff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend that particular location.
