I have a great experience at CareSpot. I had waited over a month thinking my head and neck ache would go away, trying many home remedies, before finally going to get help. By this time I thought I may have a brain tumor or something major wrong! (I haven’t seen a physician in over a decade! Good health till now.) The waiting room was clean and airy. The check in staff was very efficient and kindhearted. I had such little paperwork (tablet) to complete that I kept thinking more would come later. The wait time was very short. The nurse was very pleasant while taking my vitals, asking me questions about my symptoms. I was seen by Philip Goldston APRN. He determined I had a severe ear and sinus infection, and gave me 3 RX’s. That night was the first one in over a month my head and neck did not hurt and I slept the whole night! That was 2 days ago and I’m still doing great. Amazing! All my family and friends think it’s amazing how quickly the medicine worked. And so far no side effects. So…thank you very much Mr. Goldston and CareSpot!! I feel more secure knowing if something else happens to me I can return to CareSpot! Sincerely, [NAME REMOVED] St. Augustine, FL
