we had an appointment and it was on time, professional and very comfortable feeling with my son. The staff has a excellent and very professional appearance as well as attitude towards us from the front to the back.

With an appointment I probably waited 10 minutes at most. I got there at 6 pm and was out the door before 7 pm, which worked out great with my evening plans. The staff was polite, and although I didn’t get my stitches out they explained everything to me about why that was and how long I should wait before trying to get them removed again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waiting room is pleasant and relaxing. The wait time is reasonable. The doctor is very patient, very thorough and very kind.

Traveled from Toronto and our daughter fell ill during the last two days of our stay. Now let me tell you the speed of service was exceptional! We used our travel insurance therefore nothing was paid out of pocket. This was a one stop shop we also filled a prescription there as well so no need to drive and find a Pharmacy. Great service from front desk to back staff (Nurse and Doctor) I’m so sorry I forgot names! .One stop shop fill prescriptions as well! .Clean – This is coming from a Mom/Neat freak/Dental staff member lol .Organized when deal with insurance – very quick check in .Very professional – detailed and very organized from front desk service to treatment from the Nurse and Doctor .Speedy service – we were in and out in about an hour I must say I cannot say anything bad about this place! Great job guys please keep up the awesome work!!

Very fast, very friendly. When you are sick and not feeling well, you can be stressed and afraid. The staff was warm and comforting and got me medicine to help heal my infection. Thank you so much. This will be my preferred urgent care now!
