Free coffee. Most important thing in any office is that attitude of front desk personnel and anyone else assisting in the treatment including nurse or doctors. They need to be happy to be there and seem to have a genuine care for the patient. Someone who knows how to sympathize with patient even if the patient is in the wrong.
