Everything was great, this is my preferred service. Just I didn’t know you could make appointments which kind of changes the way urgent care is. The reason you go to urgent care is that you have an urgent concern that you aren’t able to make an appointment to go to doctor. But I was still seen but now I know you are able to call ahead and/or make an appointment which I don’t feel is right but I am aware now.
