Excellent customer service, they call you by name and explain step by step every process, quick service and very professional, they had refreshments for the kids and coffee for the adults. Very clean and spacious facility.

I was able to schedule an appointment by phone. There was very little waiting upon arrival. The assistants at the front desk were especially friendly and helpful. The medical staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and explained all aspects of the exam and results in laymen’s terms. I regularly recommend Care Spot to family and friends who need immediate attention and whose physicians aren’t available. This can save people an unnecessary trip to the emergency room; and I appreciate that the CareSpot doctors will refer patients to the ER when appropriate.

Cassie is a wonderful provider! She’s always 10! Wade the X-ray tech was great, I might have jinxed him when drawing my blood and made him nervous. He was great even if he missed. It would’ve been nice to have been seen within a reasonable time with “appointments” but I understand they had more than usual Baptist employee physicals for this location. They were nice about it though. I would suggest that you can do the drug screen portion of the visit prior to taking patients back for the phy part. It’s hard on the patient to have to hold it for over an hour past their time. Even if they just do the ds part and go back to the waiting room until a room is available, your patients will be more comfortable and not as upset with waiting when there is a delay.

I really liked that I could look online to see availability and book an appointment. It was very efficient, and quick. I was seen on time and given very clear guidance and treatment.

Dr. Jay and staff went above and beyond to care for our daughter and made certain her heart rate and temperature dropped before releasing her. They checked on her constantly and her ran her vitals as well as giving her fluids and ice packs. BEYOND impressed and truly grateful for such EXCELLENT care!!!
