Being an urgent care center I understand that I will not be seen within 5 mins however it felt good to just have the option of walking in, have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. I was in and out within 30 mins and yes this is including my registration time. I will be sure to follow up with my PCP as directed and I will always have CareSpot there for those immediate minor issues!!! Thank you PA Kimball for an awesome job! Carla you rock!
