Amira, the receptionist was kind and friendly. She assisted me with completing my sign in info on the IPad. The PA was also amazing, explaining what she would be doing during the exam. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to others. I have not had a great experience in the past with urgent care facilities, but I was very satisfied with this location.

Everyone was very friendly. The facility was very nice. Having an X-Ray machine is great. I did no like the electronic method of entering information during check-in. I think it’s difficult for older patients.

I came in ten minutes before closing time with what turned out to be a not-serious problem. I wasn’t rushed at all; staff was courteous and pleasant; the PA recognized the problem, checked me out thoroughly, problem is clearing up nicely.
