The waiting room was nice and clean with lots of great refreshments to choose from. My particular staff member who assisted me (I forget her name) went above and beyond to make my experience good– she was easy to talk to, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my assessments (even when said assessments made me feel somewhat awkward). She was very encouraging and helped me stay calm during a fear-inducing blood draw for me (also she was extremely good at what she did, which spared me extra unnecessary pain).
