I made by appointment on-line (TB test for employment) and the staff at the CareSpot at Monument was “welcoming and very professional”. My appointment time was running a bit late due to an emergency walk-in, but the staff kept communication open and apologized (I was in no hurry as the walk-in was a young child that was injured). I had to return to the CareSpot for the TB test to be “read” and AGAIN, the same amazing staff was there…..extremely cordial and efficient…..EXCELLENT Medical Customer Service. This CareSpot is near my home and in the event of an emergency, I certainly will use this facility (I highly recommend to my surrounding neighbors)! 🙂

Great experience. Doctor and nurse were great. Made an appointment and only had to wait for 20 minutes. Way less then at regular doctor office.

when suffering with a virus, bacterial infection, wounds, injuries MedPost is a quick solution for medical treatment. But, there are many afflictions that the human body encounters that can not be treated there. However, in my case Medpost was able to help me with my need, and send me on my way. Also the staff was courteous.
