All the nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful, the price is very reasonable, and the doctors provided great medical care, prescriptions and instructions. I also had a great time talking about special FX and movies with Tim, my doctor. I already feel much better! Thank you!

Receptionist Eric was very friendly and informative on the phone with the services that the office provided.He was very patient and also able to accommodate to my emergency appointment. Upon my arrival, Eric had greeted me with a smile, which made me feel welcomed. Medical assistant smiled when she called me into the room, of which she thank me for my patience for waiting. Not all staff do that in emergency urgent care settings. Upon entering the room, nurse practitioner introduced herself and informed me that herself and the medical assistant will be providing services and can answer any questions that I had. They also informed me of the wait time for my x Ray results due to understaff which I really appreciated. Both were very informative and helpful in assisting my situation.

The PA that we saw at the Rowlett location was Jennifer. We were very pleased with how prompt and throrough that she was and will definitely be recommending MedPost to friends and family and will return ourselves if needed.

I love love love the staff there! They make each and every visit i make when im about to loose it cauae of one of my child are in so much pain they make it easier to deal with and the wait is perfect! Differently will be return to put my child in the care of thier hands! Thanks for all that u do

Friendly atmosphere when you walk in & front desk person greets you with a smile. Doctor’s Assistant was very professional & then Dr. Uribe was great. He took time to discuss my symptoms & checked me out while explaining his diagnosis/treatment. Btw, office was very clean & wait was very short.
