We were very impressed by how quickly I was signed in and seen by a very competent staff, especially the physician assistant, Richard, who saw me quickly, was warm and encouraging and very efficient, taking care of my problem quickly and efficiently, answering all my questions. His assistant, Ken, was skilled, careful and cheerful – both felt like friends. We’ll use this location if we have any more needs, and will recommend it to our family and friends. The facility was very clean and there was no wait time when I happened to come in. So I was able to be seen very quickly and obtain medication prescriptions which I could fill in the same shopping center at Walmart. (I started using them immediately and am feeling much better.) In the past, I had gone to St. Jude Urgent Care (Fullerton) for colds, routine illnesses, etc. but there was always a huge wait time and the facility just does not seem nearly as clean as yours. So you have been my urgent care facility of choice for the last 2 times I have not been feeling well. So yes, I would definitely recommend it to others.

I liked that I was able to feel the meds right there for $15. I was seen and treated promptly and effectively. PA and RN were nice!

Everyone is always so kind and professional. They move quickly so you are in and out and not wasting your entire day in a clinic. They provide multiple services, so its like a one stop shop for healthcare services.
