I received a cartilage piercing earlier in the day in my ear. I didn’t like it anymore and it was causing great pain. The doctor got creative and was able to unscrew the tiny slippery balls on either end of the small crescent gage and then slid the ring out of my piercing. It was so quick and not traumatic at all. I appreciate her bedside manner, always asking if I was ok and her genuine concern to get the piercing out so I could feel comfortable and happy. She’s my hero!

Very friendly and caring staff. Shorter wait time than my primary doctor. The staff ask questions and want to understand your problem. Carespot staff also do follow-up calls and text to make sure you are getting better.

All my interactions with your staff were first tier — Jenelle was welcoming and gathered my information in a very professional manner; Wade did the initial medical intake (updating medical history, weight, BP, etc.) very efficiently; the PA, whose name I believe was Kasandra, gave me the same thorough and professional service I would have received from my primary care physician. All were professional, the diagnosis was spot-on, and the outcome from the treatment has been very good.
