I love the save my spot online feature. Gives ample time to reach my destination and not have to wait in the clinic for an opening. The staff (specifically at 13460 Beach Blvd Unit 1, Jacksonville, FL 32224) were very friendly from the moment I entered the facility until the time I exited – they warmly greeted me upon arrival and departure. I was in and out within 30 mins. This wasn’t my first visit to this location either. If needed, I will definitely return to this location.

I dread going to urgent care facilities. The staff is always rude, long wait, and rushed care. But, this was not the case at Medpost. I was very pleasantly surprised.
