I had been to several other doctors before visiting medpost, and as my symptoms had only continued to get worse I was feeling rather hopeless and pessimistic. But my attending physician, Frannie, was the first person to come in and ask me to tell her my whole story. She listened to every detail of my story, showed true compassion for my physical pain and frustration, and assured me she would help me feel better. She took tests none of the doctors had taken the time or consideration to do. And maybe they would have, had they not cut me off when I was explaining myself. But since Frannie knew the whole story she had a better idea of how to approach my situation. After testing me and treating me, she retested my vitals and they read much better. Today is the day after and it’s the first day I’ve felt any improvement. I’m so thankful to her I could cry.
